Oriental bittersweet

MDA, with the help of volunteers, conducted road surveys in Minneapolis and Rochester. 65 miles of roads and trails resulted in 41 suspect infestations. Oriental bittersweet infestations totaling over two acres were positively identified in Washington and Wabasha counties.

Grecian foxglove

Sites that were treated in 2014 were monitored, and a 75% reduction in the density of rosettes was observed.

Dalmatian toadflax

MDA, in collaboration with the Minnesota Department of Transportation, Kittson County, and Cook County Invasive Team, surveyed and monitored over 150 acres in Kittson and Cook counties. Infestations in both counties are reduced.

Cutleaf and common teasels

Sites that were treated in 2014 were monitored, and a 70% reduction in the density of rosettes was observed.

Japanese hops

Infestations were monitored at multiple sites to track plant phenology and record treatment efficacy.
